SonShine Bells is a preschool handbell choir program for children ages 3 years to kindergarten. SonShine Bells meet during Sunday School hours during the fall and spring semesters. The SonShine Bells use the Kristal Bell Method which is a new and original hand bell playing system. It enables children to produce beautiful hand bell music accompanied by fully orchestrated song arrangements. The most unique aspect of this method is that no musical knowledge is necessary on the part of the hand bell players. The way that the system is designed makes it possible to performm almost instantly. This method teaches color recognition by using colored cards and handbells
